Goals for Treatment Sessions

Whether you have a medical diagnosis, you have symptoms (or no symptoms) and you want to see what might be going on in your body at a deeper level, you’re looking for brain enhancement (cognitive function, memory, mental clarity, focus) or performance enhancement (strength, endurance, focus, reaction time), or simply an overall tune-up, let’s get you set up with the right type of biofeedback session.

Free Consultation

Before you come for your initial session, I think it’s important for us to have a brief chat about what’s going on for you and how we can work together to get you healthy, strong, and living a vibrant life. Initial Session

The first session is where we get the first look at what your body has to tell us — where your primary stressors are, and the body’s top priorities for what needs attention and balance. This structure applies to everyone, no matter what your ultimate goals are. This session takes a little longer than the rest. I usually recommend for clients to plan for 2 to 2.5 hours.

Follow-Up Session

In your initial session, we will discuss your Foundation Plan, which is the best plan for you for follow-up sessions. For almost everyone, a series of followup sessions will be the best strategy. The Followup Session is similar to the initial session in that we follow the body’s innate wisdom with what needs attention and balance. Plan for up to 2 hours.

In Followup Sessions, you may request to have a Virtual session, meaning, you can stay at home relaxing while the session is conducted. You would have the benefit of the power of the Eductor in virtual mode, but you would not have the benefit of the Bemer (unless of course you own one!).

In our discussion of your plan, we may determine that you need a certain number of sessions. You can buy a package of sessions at a reduced rate, which will be determined in your initial session.

Focus Session

A focus session is a session where we focus on one thing that you’d like to accomplish, for example:

  • Performance and Sports Enhancement (muscle building, reaction time, focus)
  • Brain Training and Enhancement (cognitive function, memory, superlearning, focus, brainwave training)
  • Weight Loss
  • Addiction
  • Sleep Enhancement

If you don’t have a desired focus, we measure and work on the top 3 things going on in your body. This session gets to the heart of the matter quickly and addresses it immediately.
